I. Constraint Analysis:

By analyzing key topics that impact performance, your team is able to derive data-driven conclusions and prioritize investments, be they in leadership development or go-to-market strategies.

As a rule, we prepare data before alignment meetings and role coaching sessions to make sure that your time is used effectively. In one-on-one interviews, our questions touch on key topics that impact performance, from leadership mindset to competitive advantage. Our questions are designed to prompt you and your team to begin clarifying opinions on critical issues before meetings. Once we have the right data, we work with you to develop breakthrough agendas around target milestones.

II. Strategic Alignment Meetings:

These are usually full-team meetings that focus on the most important strategic issues in your organization, while teaching your team the key attributes of high performance.

Experience shows that two days is optimal for most strategic alignment meetings. Day one usually starts with teams reviewing the data and validating the target meeting milestones and agenda. Typically, the first day’s topics are more strategic and the second day’s are more practical. These meetings can be intense, so a night between the first and second day provides important down time to think and integrate, as well as to transition from a more abstract to a more practical mindset.

III. Role Coaching:

Execution coaching guides individuals in how to best play their role in your organization’s complete system-of-roles.

As part of aligning, it is common for leaders to be asked to play new roles or current roles differently. Imagine a new business area is assigned to a leader. She is the best candidate despite never having led a business before and never having been a particularly effective team leader. To address these concerns, she is given a role coach to help her play her new role more effectively.
