Associate / Senior Associate

Associates help write proposals, plan engagements, gather data and write reports. They also coach clients through Growth River tools and execution protocols.

Entry level Associates have a college degree and a minimum of two years of experience in the field of business consulting and organizational development.

Consultant / Senior Consultant

Consultants lead client engagements and programs. They work closely with associates and other consultants on mentoring and professional development. They also help principals create annual growth plans for clients.

Consultants build their career through certification in key Growth River technologies including: Strategic Alignment, Project Leadership, Critical Thinking, Workflow Improvement and Leadership Coaching. Consultants have a minimum of ten years professional experience and in many cases a particular area of expertise.

Partner

Each partner plays an executive leadership role in the firm. As a team, Partners ensure resources are leveraged and innovation is used to create: competitive advantage, scalability, sustainability and return. Partners are compensated for overall performance of the Growth River enterprise.
